This service is ONLY for recent orthopedic injuries (ie. I slipped and twisted my ankle and it hurts to walk). This message will go to a handheld device and the doctor will call you back ASAP. If you do need to be seen in the emergency room he will call ahead and expedite your visit. If you do not need an emergency room visit he will arrange for an urgent office visit. This service is available in Manhattan and Staten Island between the hours of 7am - 11pm.

This service should not delay emergency medical care and if you believe that you need emergency assistance call 911 and/or go to the emergency room immediately and have them contact us.
